Dr. Jessica is a psychologist, speaker, and consultant with an incredible passion for reducing burnout, productivity mastery, and female empowerment. She regularly gives keynotes, workshops, and masterclasses and is launching this program to reach more women like you (and her!). Dr. Jessica is a deeply ambitious, curious, and eager gal; after succumbing to the hustle over the years she naturally developed a framework of “non-toxic productivity” which she shares with many different types of individual and group clients (including companies, organizations, and other larger entities). Now it’s your turn to learn from her, and she is so very excited!

  • This is a virtual, live, group coaching program that is a combination of didactics on concepts and skills, along with group workshopping sessions, in which Dr. Jessica helps participant problem-solve, customize, and implement the skills and techniques into their lives. All sessions are in a group format with the same cohort.

    Please note this is NOT therapy; this is not a mental health intervention or treatment, it is purely for educational purposes.

  • This program is meant for high-achieving women (e.g. CEOs, VPs and C-Suite leaders, entrepreneurs, health-care professionals, and more!), who are burnt out or would like to protect against burnout. It’s for women who are interested in learning skills and techniques to level up their lives and live more productively with less hustle.

    It’s for women who are action-takers and are interested in making meaningful change in their lives.

  • All sessions will be recorded and will be available for up to 30 days following the last session. If you have to miss a session, you can catch up for a limited-time through a secure link.

  • The investment for this full program is $1800. This includes all sessions, assets, and future assets created for future cohorts.
